Understand Autopilot failures faster

PilotTrace reads Windows Autopilot, ESP, Intune and MDM diagnostics and turns them into a clear troubleshooting report: which apps succeeded, which are stuck or failed, the error codes involved, and where to look next.

How it works

1. Upload. An Autopilot/MDM diagnostic CAB or ZIP, Intune Management Extension logs, or a PilotTrace JSON report.
2. Analyze. PilotTrace reads ESP tracking data and IME logs, maps app GUIDs to names and filters known noise.
3. Act on the evidence. Start from the likely blocker, check the log lines behind it, and follow the suggested checks.

Your data

Text logs are read in your browser. CAB/ZIP archives are unpacked on the PilotTrace server and deleted straight after. Read-only: no tenant or device settings are changed. Privacy details.
